Good location and value. Helpful staff beyond expectations. Bed and pillows were exceptional.

Very poor breakfast without a breakfast area. You carry a plastic meal tray with a small and low quality meal to your room. The room was small compared to images.

Economic stay in HK island.

Good location, pleasant stuff, shuttle bus service to the fair was very convenient. Good pillows.

Breakfast, prepared in boxes with no place to eat rather than in smoking place. I could not get the shuttle bus to the airport from the fair - it just not arrived.

Inconsistent policies. Confusing.

Nice hotel.

I had difficulty with the front desk personnel upon checking in. It took almost 2 hrs before we were finally accommodated. I had 2 kids and a senior citizen who were hungry and tired. You have inconsistent policies. You did not allow us to check in because you said the one booking for us is not traveling with us at that time, you want us to pay in cash instead but when the agency paid it online using their credit card you debited the amount from the credit card twice. You said you will not allow credit card not brought by the owner himself but yet you deducted the payment even without the approval of the owner. Your policy is confusing. Until now we have not heard from you if you have refunded the over payment. I kept following up to no avail.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and bathroom, good location.

Daily housekeeping was great, staff were very accommodating to our requests especially the extra water bottles. It was also good location, around 10min walk to Causeway Bay station via a shortcut and the main strip in Wan Chai.

The fan of the aircon in our room was very loud, luckily it was easy to sleep through but very noticeable if you are awake.

It is simple and basic. Very business like.

A bit too chinese hotel atmosphere. No view. And I missed a deal that morning for a cheaper price of this hotel did not help.

We first checked in at Cosmo Hotel, but the staff said there had some sudden issue and instructed us to check in the Dorsett Hotel just 30 seconds away from Cosmo. Dorset hotel is comfortable, the side issue is hard to find a parking space for the motorbike.

the front desk transfer me to another Dorsett Hotel nearby (so actually this comment is for Dorsett Hotel). I head to check in at 3:30, but the staff said I had to wait another 45-60 mins. And at last they arrange a room that with cemetery view for me.

Comfortable budget hotel in great location near Wan Chai

Cosmo hotel was in a great location. It was an easy walk to the MRT station at Wan Chai - we were able to take trains everywhere we needed to go. There were also great places to eat within walking distance of the hotel (a useful information booklet was provided by the hotel listing some of these places). Our room was comfortable despite being small and was well equipped (WIFI, bathroom toiletries, bar fridge, free water etc). We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was better than some reviews suggest.

We pre-paid our room some 6 months+ in advance to secure the "best price". However, the price was much cheaper when we arrived, which was disappointing. An upgrade would have made us feel better but was not offered (despite it being my birthday too). You win some, you lose some.
