There is a bus stop right outside and getting around is convenient

The windows are frosted and do not open, so you cannot look outside. Despite staying on the 18th floor there is completely zero view.

The way breakfasts were dispensed and the the poor quality of some of the breakfasts. The wasteful use of plastic bags etc.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and bathroom, good location.

Daily housekeeping was great, staff were very accommodating to our requests especially the extra water bottles. It was also good location, around 10min walk to Causeway Bay station via a shortcut and the main strip in Wan Chai.

The fan of the aircon in our room was very loud, luckily it was easy to sleep through but very noticeable if you are awake.

Me and my family loved staying at Cosmo hotel. I wouldn't mind staying here again in future.

We liked that it was central to everything. Staff responded and was accommodating. They let us and our parents check-in early. There is a bus top just in front of the hotel. No. 10 takes you to wanchai, admiralty and central. Tram is just less than a minute walk down the road. And the dorsett hotel next door has a shuttle bus that gives you free ride to certain places like cause way bay and central, they have allocated stops where they drop you off. We also had access to Dorsett laundry, you need to pay by octopus card and have a hk mobile number, there is a washer and dryer. No need to bring detergents. They are environmental conscious, we had one water bottle in the room we could use to fill water at ground floor water dispenser, so less use of plastics. If you forgot toiletries like toothbrush, they have a vending machine where you can buy them for HKD 1.00. There is a quiet space on 5th floor with free tea and coffee and microwave to use, too bad we didn't use it much. There is no bar in the hotel, but just head to Dorsett next door and you can enjoy the bar there. The Dorsett also have a restaurant if you want to try authentic Food, I found it was little expensive given the menu, So we never went there.

The staff would clean your room upon request which was convenient, if you needed some peace in your room, they wouldn't bother. However we noticed that the curtains in the room were not very clean. Also the bathroom curtain was moldy at the bottom. We also notice that our tea and coffees were not being restocked. But this didn't bother us that much because we brought our own supply. The other thing is, if you are someone who drinks tea or coffee in a big mug, better bring one with you because the cups were small. And the breakfast is delivered at the reception, by the time you go get them, they are cold, if you don't like cold breakfast then don't book it. You can just head to nearby restaurants and have breakfast there. Also it would be cheaper. Last but not least, there are no MTR nearby, so you need to look up bus routes and tram routes. The tram to Shau Kei Wan drives through wanchai and towards central. However there is no tram to return to hotel. From times square and cause way bay it takes about 20 minutes walk to hotel. Need to use the subway to cross the road.

convenient location, very comfy bed, the room was a decent size.

the reading lights next to the bed weren't in good working order - the light was so dim that it worked more like night light instead.

Poor poor general conditions, really tired carpets , bathrooms, curtains…..maybe not for all the customers . No electric plugs only a big multiple extension.

Good location and value. Helpful staff beyond expectations. Bed and pillows were exceptional.

Very poor breakfast without a breakfast area. You carry a plastic meal tray with a small and low quality meal to your room. The room was small compared to images.

Inconsistent policies. Confusing.

Nice hotel.

I had difficulty with the front desk personnel upon checking in. It took almost 2 hrs before we were finally accommodated. I had 2 kids and a senior citizen who were hungry and tired. You have inconsistent policies. You did not allow us to check in because you said the one booking for us is not traveling with us at that time, you want us to pay in cash instead but when the agency paid it online using their credit card you debited the amount from the credit card twice. You said you will not allow credit card not brought by the owner himself but yet you deducted the payment even without the approval of the owner. Your policy is confusing. Until now we have not heard from you if you have refunded the over payment. I kept following up to no avail.

Economic stay in HK island.

Good location, pleasant stuff, shuttle bus service to the fair was very convenient. Good pillows.

Breakfast, prepared in boxes with no place to eat rather than in smoking place. I could not get the shuttle bus to the airport from the fair - it just not arrived.
